Primewest Melville, 276 Leach Highway, Myaree was acquired in 2004.

The property is being developed in 2 Stages.  Stage 1 is now complete with completion of Stage 2 anticipated to be by November 2007.  

On completion the total net lettable area will in the order of 20,221 m2 and will comprise approximately 22 stores varying in size between 425 m2 up to 3,500 m2 including Spotlight, Boating Camping Fishing and a Fitness First Health Club.
