The Northlands Plaza Shopping Centre was acquired in December 2002. 

The subject premises has a net lettable area of 7,496 m2 and comprises a neighbourhood shopping centre with one major supermarket tenant, a mini major and a broad variety of specialty retailers.  An upgrade has recently been completed comprising an upgrade to the façade, entry statements and internal mall.
