These 15 hectare and 43 hectare ocean side properties are situated approximately 12 kilometres north of the Geraldton townsite and 12 kilometres south of the proposed industrial port of Oakajee, which is slated as the new port for the mid-west iron ore mining industry ventures.

Currently the properties are being rezoned from 'Rural' to 'Future Residential Development and Tourist' use.  Lot 3 currently operates as a caravan park with both fixed accommodation and powered sites.

The properties were purchased in June and August 2007.
