'Teewana Farm' is an elevated and undulating site comprising 397 hectares of rural zoned land located approximately 30 kilometres north east of the Perth Central Business District.

The property includes a large brick homestead, horse training track and equestrian facilities.

Currently the property has potential to be further subdivided into 50 hectare lots however, rezoning to allow subdivision into 4 - 6 hectare lots is being investigated.

The property was purchased in December 2006.
