This property comprises approximately 8 hectares of strategically located rural land 25 kilometres south of the Perth Central Business District in the suburb of Brookdale. 

The property was purchased in 2004 as a medium term land bank and development opportunity.  Upon development the site will yield approximately 98 residential lots.

The State Government establsihed the Armadale Redevelopment Authority in 2001 to promote and co-ordinate the development and redevelopment of land within the City of Armadale municipality including Brookdale.

The Brookdale Master Plan will guide development over the area with a residential rezoning expected to be finalised by mid to late 2007.
