Joondalup House is located on Davidson Road in the Joondalup Town Centre.  The site is bounded by Shenton Avenue to the north, Davidson Terrace to the east and Reid Promenade to the south.

The existing office development, constructed in 1989, has a gross building area of 5,100 m2 with 174 car spaces.

It is proposed to develop the surplus land into a 60 bed psychiatric clinic or alternatively further office space.

The property was purchased in January 2006.

The proposed development of the adjoining vacant land is being planned and development approvals are currently being sought.
