Hometown Osborne Park was acquired in November 2000.  At that time this bulky goods centre consisted of a 10-suite retail and bulky goods commercial property with a net lettable area of approximately 6,682 m2.  The property is situated on a main arterial road in Osborne Park, Western Australia.

The Centre was significantly redeveloped during 2002/03 to a new lettable area of approximately 16,404 m2.  The Centre is fully leased and major retailers include The Good Guys, WA Salvage, Natuzzi and EMPIRE.  Other retailers include Beacon Lighting, Gascoigne Leather and Kitchen Warehouse.  State Swim operates the swimming pool facility constructed as part of the new showroom building adjoining a 121 bay undercover car park. 

A four storey office building is currently being constructed on the Walters Drive frontage of the property.  This building will comprise a net lettable area of approximately 3,750 m2 with undercroft parking for approximately 70 cars. 

The building is being constructed to achieve a 4.5 star ABGR rating.
