Gosnells Central Shopping Centre was acquired in November 1997.

The centre is anchored by a 4,388 m2 Coles Supermarket, 800 m2 Crazy Clark's and currently has 10 specialty tenants, one ATM with a further ATM being installed in the second quarter of 2006. 

The centre opened in 1975 and was refurbished in 2003 to include a Crazy Clark's tenancy.  Included in the refurbishment was a new fascia for the building and the redesign of the car park and access roads. 

The separate buildings are not connected and are divided by the extension of Stalker Road through to Albany Highway.
