The property comprises the premium retail component of approximately 157 m2 facing directly onto the Hay Street Mall. Optus World’s new shop front has significantly added to the presentation of the building as a whole. The basement area has a lettable area of approximately 234 m2 and provides additional retail space for Optus World.
