The Gledden Building was acquired in July 1997 and is situated on the corner of the Hay Street Mall and William Street, in the Perth CBD.

The property comprises the premium retail component of approximately 157 m2 facing directly onto the Hay Street Mall.  Optus World’s new shop front has significantly added to the presentation of the building as a whole.  The basement area has a lettable area of approximately 234 m2 and provides additional retail space for Optus World.  The other 50 m2 in the basement has been leased to Fitch’s Pharmacy on a long term-lease.   It has a net lettable area of 440 m2
