The property is situated along the northern side of Frederick Street, immediately opposite the intersection of Lyon Street.  The shopping centre is stategically placed approximately midway between the old Chinatown precinct and Cable Beach.

The Shopping Centre comprises a Woolworths Supermarket with 25 specialty shops and it services the town of Broome and outlying stations. 

The property is being expanded to include a Target Discount Department Store and an additional 19 specialty stores.  Completion is expected by March 2008.
