The building was acquired in March 1997. Completed in 1980, the building has a net lettable area of 13,446 m2 and comprises ground and 10 upper office floors with floor plates of 1,267 m2 approximately, together with a basement and multi deck car park.
The building is situated on a double site in the St Kilda Road precinct and over the past few years the building and its services have been upgraded, together with the construction of an additional car park for approximately 50 vehicles at the rear of the site.
