381 Phoenix Road, Bibra Lake was purchased in June 2007.

The property is a prime industrial property comprising an area of 38.14 hectares.  The property was previously owned by Amcor who lease back a 4 hectare portion of the site including an office warehouse of 15,725 m2.

The overall site will be subdivided into 'industrial' and 'mixed business' lots ranging in size from 1,200 m2 to 1.5 hectares.  Development is estimated to commence in mid 2008.
