1 Magenta Terrace was constructed in mid 2004 and comprises 5 strata titled showrooms with a gross lettable area of 4,586 m2.
The syndicate acquired Lots 2, 3 and 4 on 1 November 2004 and Lot 1 on 25 October 2005.
The Centre is located in the new industrial area of Mandurah and accessible from both Fremantle Road and Mandurah Terrace.
The showrooms are occupied by national retailers on long-term lease agreements. Repco occupy Unit 1 with an area of 506 m2, Thingz Home and House occupy Unit 2 with an area of 637 m2, Freedom Furniture occupy Unit 3 with an area of 2,228 m2 and Barbeques Galore occupy Unit 4 with an area of 1,215 m2.
